This a small tribute to one of my photographic heroes Mr. Ansel Adams who would have been 110 years old today.

Memorial Bridge



They are in the process of tearing down the Memorial Bridge in Portsmouth, NH; built between 1920 and 1923 it stood as a:

“Memorial to the Sailors and Soldiers of New Hampshire
who participated in the World War 1917-1919″

Sad to see it go, I went very dark on the top photo and the bottom photo believe it or not is the result of an odd filter combination that I had mounted…both photos were taken in 2007.
